Professionally decorated throughout; guests will love the expansive second floor porch; perfect for early morning coffees and beautiful Gulf views. Right inside, guests will find an open kitchen; dining; and living room perfect for gathering the family together. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and beautiful countertops. The second floor hosts a Master Suite Bedroom with a plush king bed; complete with a private ensuite bathroom and balcony. On the first floor, Pearl offers an additional living area with a Smart Flat Screen TV and private bar. The first floor also provides 3 bedrooms including a Bunk Room with a queen bed; a Queen Bedroom with access to a private covered patio; and a Second Master Bedroom with en-suite bathroom and access to the covered patio. Finally, there is a private enclosed courtyard with lounge furniture, grill and outdoor shower. Take advantage of the boardwalk beach access that is only steps away. When you are not soaking up the sun at the beach; take advantage of the bikes available to rent from Sunflower and cruise around the resort.
